High Tea

Yesterday Lewington House hosted their second annual High Tea. The community were invited to join the Omeo aged care facility residents and staff for a relaxing afternoon in the beautifully laid out and decorated dining room and lounge area of the facility. A selection of delicious afternoon tea options were presented to guests on an array of antique crockery. Tea cups jingled as the room bustled with chatter and laughter. Residents, staff and guests alike remarked at the deliciousness of the treats on offer and took opportunity to load up their plates. Thank you to the volunteers who worked tirelessly to put together the event and thank you to the community for your continued involvement in our facility. Roma Ankers, resident of Lewington house told us that it was a lovely afternoon. Fellow resident Kathleen Connelly mentioned that all who attended were seen enjoying themselves. We are all looking forward to next years event already.
